Password & Access

• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
• Do not save your login details on public or shared devices.

User Responsibilities

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, contact the 77go support team via in-platform Live Chat immediately. We will help you secure your account and investigate any suspicious activity. However, 77go is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential.

A 77go account is for the personal use of the account holder only. You are not permitted to transfer, sell, rent, or assign your account rights to any other party. Any attempt to do so will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit: RM10 every transaction.

Wagering Requirements Before Withdrawal

General Game Rules

Account Closure at Member's Request

Prior to closure, all active wagering requirements must be completed and any eligible balance will be returned once the review process is finalised.
